My child was dirty and had so many bruises from falling down so much outside due to tree roots pertruding from the ground. Owner stated she was going to fill it in with sand; a year later, nothing had been done. If I came to get my child early, her diaper was FULL. Who knows for how long. I arrived early to get her and waited up front for 10 minutes before anyone even noticed I was there, yet there's a big sign saying to not come past this line.... I have been asked to watch the infants for a few minutes while someone goes to get my daughter outside. Unacceptable. They never knew if she had eaten or not since whoever was there for lunch was never there by the end of the day. What took the cake was when I picked her up and she had a huge gash in her arm crusted over with dirt. Noone told me anything. I saw it when I put her in her carseat and she pulled away. Noone seemed to know what had happened. It took some time to get all the dirt out of the wound since it had dried blood with dirt all in it. I removed my daughter at that point.
The place should be shut down.
Hours are not as displayed here, which was a big reason I chose this daycare. The hours are 6am-9pm Mon-Fri, not open on weekends. My daughter does not go very often, but so far there are things I like and do not like about this daycare. If my daughter would be the judge, she would give it a good rating. She wants to go back. The reason I chose this daycare was for the flexible hours that I do not see with a lot of daycares. Unfortunately, I signed up before I knew they are not open on the weekends like I saw on their website. Also, I do not have traditional hours and they said I could give same day warning, which is not the case. I cannot call the day of and expect to get my daughter in. Some positive aspects of the actual daycare, are they give daily reports on eating, sleeping, and diapering. They do separate the children into age groups that are close to your child's age. There are a variety of activities that the children do on a daily basis. The last time I picked up my daughter it was a nice day and they were playing outside on the daycares outside play area (sandbox etc). Overall, I would rate this daycare as average. This may change as my daughter attends more. She is 28 months old and has gone 5 times in the last 2 months. It is extremely reasonable rates too!
this place is a horrible place the staff is not nice friendly at all i would not suggest my child to go there i had to pull my kid out they come across super nice but jus give that a wk or so and you will see there true colors i honestly dont even think there workers (so called teachers)are even certify just please dont put your children in that daycare there are so many even if its the most convent 1 for you
