I have used this provider for more than 6 months

My child has gone to Mother goose for several years, from infant to toddler room. I was very pleased with the first infant room and the women working in it. They were very caring. I was less pleased with the early morning drop off room and the second infant room. The women in the drop off room (7 am drop off) had poor communication skills and were on their phones a lot while kids were present. Candice and Katie were my favorite teachers and they were always very professional and seemed to truly connect with each kid. I never had to worry when they were in the room. I was alerted immediately with any accident after they got new management, which in my opinion is very much improved than when we first started attending. My child was very clumsy, and always has been even at our home, and it was impossible for them to prevent any of the incidents he had. I guess my main issue with the daycare was poor teacher to parent communication, and not being properly introduced to teachers, etc. I would've felt much better with proper communication, especially when we first began! I was very confused on what to bring, etc. because nothing was clearly stated or talked about before. But overall, the teachers were very caring to my child. I think the daycare will keep improving, but it wasn't my first choice.

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

My child has been at this daycare for almost a year in the two year old room. I absolutely adore the teachers. They are always smiling and welcoming. Mrs. Alicia the owner has always been understanding and kind to me. The director is very welcoming and helpful and even gave me her personal number incase I wanted to check in with a text. They have had new management step up and I have seen a major improvement. They are working with Mississippi Building Blocks and my little girl is receiving some curriculum instruction that is helping her get kindergarten ready. They have really turned this place around in the last year and I couldnt imagine sending my child anywhere else. The quality of care and the staff always makes me feel safe leaving my baby.

I would not recommend this daycare at all. First day at the daycare, our one-year old son came home with two broken front teeth and a bruised cheek. There was no report of any accident. Next day, we went and asked them about the incident. They said come back later when the owners are here. In the afternoon, when picking up our son, they told us that they had checked the camera recordings and nothing was unusual. We said we would like to check the recordings, but guess what. They would only show us 45 minutes of the recording in the room and the the playground camera was out of order. Then they rushed to give us a refund check and suspended our son from their services. They charged us $125 for the registration fee and $160 for two days of care. They were very rude in their treatment of the situation. We will report them for sure.

My baby attended this daycare from age 6 months to nine months. Overall the daycare was okay but if I could do it over again I wouldn't take my son there. After awhile the workers got too comfortable and start letting my baby sit with dirty diapers and wet bibs. They also did not make him keep his socks on and they kept it cold so he was always sick. Furthermore, my husband and I are students at Ole Miss and naturally we wouldn't be here during a lot of December so we decided early on that our son would not attend daycare for that month. This daycare called and called for the payment and our son was not even there. They insisted that we pay but I didn't understand why we had to pay and he was not even in attendance. The daycare is $575 a month and we'd all ready put the money aside for August through November. We didn't have it for December so they said they'd send it to a collection agency. I feel like they should have been understanding of our situation. All in all they were okay though.
