I have used this provider for less than 6 months

They do not follow my babies feeding schedule so they do not feed her enough. They do not hold or cuddle her. They do not play with the babies they just leave them laying in their crib. They are unpredictable in their schedule and will change it last minute. They are closed for groups of days at a time with no excuse or reason and their daycare is only open for short hours unless you pay for extended care.
