Description: Mimis Lots of Lovin Daycare is state registered in-home childcare program that offers high quality care for children ages birth to older. At Mimis Children are introduced to music, literature and early academic activities through a fun guided play based curriculum. I have a good sized fenced in outdoor play area (complete with slide, swings etc) and a dedicated indoor play room that has been customized for the daycare. I accept VT child care subsidy payments toward tuition.

Additional Information: Although my children are all grown I remember how important it was for me to feel confident that they were happy and thriving in their daycare. I have used this provider for more than 6 months

As for the other review posted here above ^ in March, this was posted from a family friend of hers that she takes care of their child who is white with no special needs. And if youll notice this is posted after I had left reviews and a complaint. When Cynthia saw my review that I posted in November of last year on here she contacted daycare.us to have it taken down. I did because I wanted to have the paperwork that said there is nothing wrong with my son before I started a law suit against her. So I let the post go down. In response she has her relative or family friend above in the reviews ^ post about ALL kids being welcome. What a laugh and what a joke. No kid gets dismissed at 3 years old on their second day. Discriminating against their 'suspected autism' that is actually NOT AUTISM. She's an old bag who only watches the kids of people she likes and if you'll notice not one of them is black.

I would not recommend her to anyone. She may be great to the kids she has but she is not welcoming to new ones. My son went there for 2 days before she threw him out because he didn't want snack. Mind you, he is 3 years old. I talked to her at length four days before my son began care about his anxiety and processing disorder. She said she has children with special needs and it would be no problem. But then that coming Wednesday my son's first day as we walk in the door, she notices my son's hood is down and his black afro showing (he could pass as white but he's black) and suddenly here eyes get huge and her whole attitude changes. She tells me after looking him up and down that we'll see if it'll work she's not sure. First day goes perfect, next day because he doesn't want snack after naptime she decided to kick him out. After only 48 hours with a new stranger and new strange children in a new place, I don't think any child even a perfectly normal healthy white one, would not act out a little. And any daycare I have ever worked at has had a two week trial period because two days isn't a reasonable amount of time (We also never kicked out ANY 3 year old ever while I worked at the daycare). His first day was on a Wednesday, she kicked him out Thursday after his first time of not listening and Friday was out last day. By the time I picked him up Friday she couldn't even stand to look at him and was worried that she would have to finish out the week. So I assured her I wouldn't be sending him back the following week to make her finish out the week when it's physically obvious she can't even stand to look at my toddler. She could not have been more relieved. She happily took my payment though, charged at a full time rate when he only was ever going for part time hours, for 3 DAYS, fifteen hours total my son was there, and 6 of which he slept for. She had no problem doing that and not so much as batted her eyes like she deserved it. I wouldn't send a dog there. You can also look her up on the Bright Futures website and see how many violations she gets.
I have reported her and am not that I have taken my son to the autism assessment clinic to be told there is NOTHING wrong with him taking her to court for a civil suit. Total racist discriminatory old white lady.

We absolutely love sending our two kids to Mimi. We have been sending our son there since he was 5 months old and he is now 3 1/2 and our daughter since she was 12 weeks old and she's now 21 months.

Mimi has treated our children as if they were her own and she has been nothing but kind and considerate to them and ANY other child or adult that has entered her house. Her heart is full of gold and it is a total disgrace to see the previous reviewer providing such incredibly false and hurtful comments. This woman sent her child there for no more than a couple of days, if that, so about a matter of hours that all of this false information is based on. It's unfortunate that a person feels such a need to say such untrue statements and work this hard to interfere with not only her livelihood but the livelihood of the other parents that send their children there so they can also go to work. The strong assumptions that have been made are completely wrong and I am happy to be a reference for Mimi to anyone, anytime.

We love Mimi so much, she has made such an incredibly home for my children when we're at work and I know she'd do the same for yours. No judgement, no discrimination, full hearted love and acceptance.
