Kiddie Care Learning Center

If I could give this school negative stars I would, I sent my 2.5 year old to them in 2016-2017, I advised that he has been potty trained since 2 years old and that he still needed a little help wiping from going to the bathroom. They assured me it would be no problem, well I got that dreaded phone call from the main teacher at the time Sarah Jones I believe her name was and she was screaming at me that they janitor has to come clean up and he got poop everywhere, come to find out from one of the workers that my son was left unattended for over 15 minutes with poop "everywhere" , I spoke to Mr. Benigni who didn't seem to give two craps about my complaints, what am I to do now that my son is now scared to go poop at school BECAUSE OF THE TERRIBLE CARE that I trusted these people who don't give two craps about your kids and neither does Mr. Benigni. My son was there for over 4 months and never had his own basket for his things or his own space. My child will forever carry this accident with him because their approach was terrible, I am still dealing with bathroom issues now because of the terrible leadership picking these so called teachers, my son was abused by a child who had behavioral issues the entire time he was there, but yet Sarah babied this child instead of disciplining him, he coddled him and showed all the other kids that his behavior was acceptable. I am still sickened to this day about how this school went about taking care of my son, or lack there of! the door was supposed to have a code and be locked at all times, every time I went it was unlocked and opened, those children could walk out at any time. Every time I went to pick my son up nobody could tell me if he had a good day or anything because they never communicated with anyone, this was the worst experience in my life, anytime I went to pick up my son the "workers" if you want to call them that were on their phones and lets not get started on the dress code, trashy tight and barely there. I wish I never spent my hard earned money here because they did NOTHING for my son except set him back and give him a complex for the rest of his life. I AM DISGUISTED WITH THIS ORGANIZATION, especially how everything was handled by that terrible teacher Sarah and Mr. Benigni whom did nothing and stuck up for the teacher instead of making me and my son feel better
