I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Students are often left unsupervised when arriving to pick up. People in charge to talk to are no where to be found. Poor or no communication. If there is communication it is at the last minute. The building and classrooms are dirty. The floors and tables are dirty. Child's face is very rarely cleaned by pick up. There are no bathrooms or sinks in classroom.

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Great with the good kids. Horrible with kids who need more then a coloring book and crayons to stay busy. They don't communicate well with parents. Trying to potty train with them was horrible. They don't work with a child potty training nor the parents. All the effort on our part was put into making this daycare work for our child however the daycare staff lacked initiative to work with us. Also, they were asked several times to keep us informed and were good for a week then went back to not updating sheets or telling us any issues that happened during the day.
