I have used this provider for more than 6 months

I found out a year after my daughter stopped going here, exactly what happened behind closed doors. Smoking and on phone all day instead of paying attention to kids. Yanking by arms, screaming in faces. I believe my daughter has psychological problems with trust and attention because of this daycare.

I have toured this provider's facility, but have not used its services

I was doing work outside at the daycare .,,I noticed how the children loved the daycare owner operators .,, seemed like they were more excited 2 be with Mrs Black then their own parents ..,
Seemed like Mrs black treated the children as if they were her own Kids .., great atmosphere
