I have used this provider for more than 6 months
I would not recommend LEN to anyone seeking quality care for their children.
My child attended LEN for about 2 years and I regret we didn’t send them to a more proper daycare sooner. The owners lack education and experience in childcare and their incompetency's unfortunately are reflected in the staff. They would need years, if not decades, of experience to compete with leading daycares in the area. I would highly suggest to them to search for a consultant to help them understand their industry.
The biggest and most concerning shortcomings would include: lack of basic knowledge in early childhood education, negatively labeling children, lack of communication, poor attitude toward parents and children, a dismissive/defensive management style, lack of flexibility around parents and a child's needs, and high employee turnover.
It wasn’t until our Pediatrician suggested we look elsewhere did we realize how bad of a situation we were in.
LEN is kept clean and is in a nice location, but it does not make up for their lack of knowledge in childcare.
