Description: The Lincoln Hills Development Corporation (LHDC) was founded in 1965 to serve the citizens of southern Indiana, primarily in Crawford, Harrison, Perry and Spencer Counties. The agency is funded through a combination of federal, state and local resources. The primary objective of LHDC is to provide self-help and self-sufficiency opportunities for the low income citizens of the service area, while continually striving to address the unmet service needs.
