She is NOT kind and far too stern/strict for kids. I've experienced much better daycare from people that show care and consideration for not only the kids, but the parents as well. Dropped us with no notice.
I would not recommend Laura. I think she smokes around the kids, she doesn't attend to them when they need, there was another girl left to cry in the hallway downstairs daily (they also stopped using Laura). She told the parents how they should be handling their daughter. When I arrived unexpectedly she was upstairs while the kids were outside. She dropped me with no notice. Your kids deserve better!!
She is incredible! She is kind, yet stern and structured. The perfect mixture of both. She really helps shape their little minds! My son had a hard time adjusting at first because he is shy but He loves it now. She provides good, healthy food and stimulating activities. They do some class time where they are prepped for school. They have a music class day and a library day as well as outside time, free play and fieldtrips.
