I have used this provider for more than 6 months
My children were locked out of the house when they came from school, had to climb thru bathroom window to get in, because kim was not there, when she arrived Kim was upset with my kids for leaving the front door open, wich they opened the door to let other kids in, this happened on 3 different days. she also had a toddler walk out of her home. the child walked down the street and was found by another child care provider, thank GOD the baby was not harmed. she also makes the kids answer her with a Spanish word Monday witch means what kim is not mexican nor speaks Spanish. we don't understand the meaning in this and is confusing to some kids. she may even cut your kids hair with out permission so be aware when u pick them up that their hair may be different. the snacks that they have are chips that are put on the table and drinks are in a sippy cup even if they can and are able to drink out of a normal cup, witch may be embarrassing to your child, it was to mine.
