The primary caregiver was not present in the home this date while Licensing was present. The primary caregiver left the home shortly after Licensing arrived on 7/31/2018. Licensing has discovered that the FA/CPR card emailed to Licensing as verification of current FA/CPR certification for substitute caregiver, Makayla Lanoy was falsified. The original FA/CPR certification card was not available. Therefore there is not a caregiver present in the home with current FA/CPR certification verification during todays visit and the only caregiver with verified current FA/CPR certification left the home yesterday shortly after Licensing arrived. |

She’s amazing
She has been arrested for murdering a baby in her care. Her live in boyfriend was also arrested and had child pornography. There was a video on her phone of him slamming a baby's head violently and she did nothing. Her license was revoked last year but she stayed open and a baby is dead.
