During a recent tour of the facility (CDC Hollister), school director (Ms. Tracy Farstad) was unprofessional and demonstrated no empathy.
On one occasion, Ms. Farstad stated that "her teachers are not trained to deal with them" meaning kiddos with behavioral issues or with developmental delays.
When Ms. Farstad witnessed a temper tantrums, she commented with "that's what my teachers have to deal with?".

According to the CDC Hollister website, the center offers different services such as early intervention and ABA. However, Ms. Farstad, is clearly not welcoming of any kids with delays or behavior concerns.
