I have used this provider for less than 6 months

At first they seem like nice people so I enrolled my child with them but then I realize that they are all about the money first then the care of the child. When I enrolled with them I was never told that I have to pay if I give them a month notice that I'm gonna away. I understand that u have to pay to keep your child spot but never told that in any way at all that I have to pay for the week and any day days that my child didn't come even if you didn't take your child there for a minute of the week you have to pay for the whole week. Also when my child came home she smell like cigarettes so strong. No one in my house hold smokes and that was the only place my child was at for the whole day. Also what really made me pull my child out was on so many occasions when I dropped off and pick up my child the kids nose would be running and they both saw it and never clean they nose so the kids would be playing with the toys and having boogies all over their hands and that just turned me off so with that I had enough. And that's why I took my child out of there. I just think that it's an unhealthy environment for my child From what I saw I would never recommend any parent to take their child or children there at all.
