Loving mom of 4 Jul 04, 2016
I have used this provider for more than 6 months

I love excellence in learning. This daycare is better than other 24 hour centers I've been to. They are very willing to work with my hectic schedule and my little ones love going there. I can't think of anything negative to say about them. I recommend anyone looking for a good daycare to bring their kids here

I love this daycare and I'm the aunt of the child that the lady spoke with. She definitely switched my story around and that's said that she would do that. My nephew and daughter go there 6 days a week and we adore everyone. I couldn't imagine sending them anywhere else. Now to the lady if you want to tell a story please tell the correct story and please refrain from lying on anything I said.

ZERO stars BUT IT WASN'T A option.

ALERT TO ALL PARENTS AND GRANDPARENTS

I live in Maryland. I came home to the Ville the week ending 7-14-14 - 7-21-14

I went to pick up my grandchildren from daycare as a surprise. And out of excitement one of the twins ran from room calling out to her twin sister ( who ran right pass). My granddaughter run straight to this door and out came my grandson. I posed and notice the room was dark and my grandson was walking really slow with his head down. He came over to me and said in almost a whisper, ( Grand Gran I want to go home now).

I asked the non -American woman way was my grandson sitting in a dark room with door shut. This woman looked me straight in my face and said he came from the other side of room. I saw where he came from and also saw that my granddaughter knew where her brother was, that why she was running from room to room straight to the door to let her brother out. The non-American woman tried to talk to my grandson in her foreign language and I stopped that immediately, Do not talk to him now you need to be talking to me.

I went off, asked questions and got no answer everyone was just passing it off to the next person. I wanted answers, but was none given. Even if someone tried to explain would have pissed off more.
So now I’m signing out my grandchildren and still asking who I can talk to about this mental and Physical abuse let alone bullying of a 2 yr old baby boy.

A Lady was there picking up her nephew and said , they did the same thing to my nephew. I took a double take and talked to more after I schedule a meeting with owner, that she never showed up for change it another day. They just told me they would pull the film and take a look. I informed I saw it with my own eyes and old non-American woman know it too. So you do what you feel
you need to do and I'll do the same.

I leave out and continue to talk with the other boys aunt. gave me her sister's name and number to get more information on her situation. If we hadn't talk to him and ask question they would have never know why he became afraid of the DARK.

When she said that I know she wasn't lying. My grandson is afraid of the DARK TOO NOW!!!!!

“This is apparently a normal process within the daycare that is acceptable to all that work there.”

My daughter found a new daycare for my grandchildren. Thank God my grandson isn't stuffing from anything he can't grown out of and that they can talk.

Considering the fact that daycares in Louisville are proven to be horrible, the kiddos and myself love Excellence in Learning. They are a very good daycare

I love this daycare. The teachers are very loving and caring toward my child. The curriculum is awesome and I know my preschooler will be ready to start school in the fall.
