Description: Columbia Opportunities, Inc. is the Community Action Program serving low-income individuals and families of all ages in Columbia County, New York. Columbia Opportunities’ mission is to help solve poverty related problems in our community. Our goal is to provide opportunities to families and individuals so they may attain the skills, knowledge and resources they need to become self-reliant. COI is funded through a variety of federal, state, local, and private resources including the Community Services Block Grant. Private contributions from individuals and organizations are gratefully accepted.
