This was the first time that the dog was defensive of her food area and has been in and around the Center for about one and a half years. The Director did state to this parent that the dog would not come back on the day of of this incident. Then the Director did bring the dog back not thinking of the incident or what she told the parent. And the parent of the child in question saw the dog in the center. |
