I would give this daycare zero Stars if I could. My child was bitten by another child, not once, but twice and the excuses was,"We've taken care of the situation, it won't happen again." There was also an instance when I was dropping him off, and he was crying because he didn't want to go there, but couldn't quite tell me what had happened. Management seems to care more about money than keeping children safe and giving them quality care. Please do not send your child here.
We have been very disappointed in this daycare. Some of the ladies are very friendly and nice and our kids did learn here, however it is unfortunately just another over crowded daycare. For the older kids there is not much structure, our children were hit, bit, and hair pulled. Plus we had to deal with a few other incidents as well. The response to these incidents was that "they called home and everything was taken care of." But these occurrences still happened on a weekly basis. The kids are allowed to play video games on I-pads. There are too many kids and not enough adults to be watching them. We were told the kids would go outside several times on a daily basis and this rarely happened. My kids were not very happy and said that the teachers yelled a lot. Be cautious if you are sending your children here. Go and observe during the day to really see what's going on. Very unfortunate because as mentioned there were some very friendly ladies there but they weren't the ones that worked with the kids.
