We are a local, family-operated, licensed, first-aid and CPR-certified Day Care Center open from 6:30AM to 6:00PM. We are centrally located in a spacious family home in San Clemente (Harbor View/Harbor Ridge Community). We are focused on serving our neighbors in nearby San Clemente, Dana Point and San Juan Capistrano. We are conveniently located near I-5 off of the Pico Exit and offer flexible schedules to accommodate working parents. We provide a vibrant, secure, healthy, and nurturing environment for children. Our interactive activities include: reading time, singing, art, and foundational learning exercises. We have years of great experience and positive reviews to share with you.

We are a licensed daycare provider located in the city of San Clemente in South Orange County. We offer personalized care in a comfortable environment. At Building Blocks, each child receives one-on-one attention throughout the day. Our goal is to provide a fun and safe learning environment for your child, while encouraging social, emotional, intellectual, and physical development. Your child will receive quality personal and individualized care in a warm and loving home, where they can feel safe and happy.
Our home is designed to provide both a nurturing atmosphere along with dedicated areas for the children to actively learn and play in; a stimulating environment with spacious rooms rich in color giving each child an exciting world full of opportunities to explore, learn, and grow.
We intentionally maintain a low teacher to child ratio so your child will receive the kind of close attention they deserve. We provide homemade food, healthy snacks (veggies and fruit) for children ages 2 and over.
Age Appropriate Activities: Creative Playtime; Circle Time; Puzzles; Bubbles; Legos; Motor Skills Development; Reading and Story Time; Letters; Numbers and Counting; Shapes; Colors; Arts and Crafts; Sorting Skills; Language Skills; Writing Skills; Singing; Music and Dancing; and, of course, Practicing Good Manners!

After searching for the right place for our daughter for weeks we finally we're lucky enough to find Nina at Building Blocks Daycare. We knew the minute we met her that this was the place for our little girl. My husband and I both work full time so it was difficult to find someone we were comfortable with to care for our 3 month old. Nina not only loves our baby girl like her own but is flexible with our crazy schedules. I travel for work and feel so blessed to know that Nina is caring for my precious baby while I'm away. She is always on top of what is going on with my daughter and gives me updated sheets everyday so I can see how she is doing and progressing. Nina is extremely organized and always lets me know in advance when she is running low on supplies. She goes the extra mile in every way possible. We could not imagine finding anyone more amazing to care for our daughter and feel extremely lucky to have found her.
Nina is very loving and caring lady. She took care of our 15 month daughter like her own kid. She is very disciplined lady and is full of love and kindness.I liked her daycare for its cleanliness and hygiene. The activities at daycare are educational and our kid learnt a lot in very short period . I couldn't have found anyone better than Nina for our lo.
Building Blocks Daycare is the most lovely daycare. It is very clean, organized and set up for little ones to learn, explore and have fun. Nina is a very positive, loving and caring person. She always greets my daughter with so much love. I see how much my daughter adores Nina and is always excited at drop off. I've also noticed my daughter has learned so much from Nina. I simply could not ask for a better daycare.
It is with great pleasure to write a letter of recommendation for Nina. She has provided outstanding care for our daughter who was 9 months old at the time. Nina is someone who is trustworthy, dependable, and loving to our daughter. Anything I asked her to do, it was done with due diligence. I would highly recommend Nina without any reservations.
