Think twice about sending your child here!!! The owner Kerri Pritchet is ruthless & money hungry! I signed my daughter up here, in February and was planning on beginning in September! We were on a list for a school closer to our home, and I had told her about it! When I signed her up I was 7 months pregnant and worried she wouldn't get in to a school because it's hard to find a fours program when your child had not been in the facility for the threes program! With that I had another baby and in September began her at the facility! There was no welcome letter or any formal meeting to start her there! After her second day I received a phone call from the school that she was on a list to go to that there was an opening! I honestly called Kerri and explained my situation to her and asked if I would be refunded my security deposit for my daughter! She was like yeah yeah we will figure something out! I will mail you a refund! I then started her at the new school! After one month I still had not received any sort of email phone call or check! I emailed her three times and no response! She then finally responded and told me that in her "policy" you need 30 days written notice to withdraw from the school! I was like but I told you I was on a list for the other school? She then replied with I will send you the papers you signed with your check! I received a check in the mail for 137$, out of a 728$ deposit!!! Now I get that there are "policies" and that you can't bend the rules for everyone, but I cannot beleive that she has the audacity to charge me 591$ for my daughters two days of attendance!!! I was not expecting to go for free at all, but I definitely wasn't under the impression that I would be charged that much for just a little attendance at the facility!!! I've owned a business for 14 years and I know that if you do it for one you have to do it for all but this was just crazy!!!! How she doesn't feel guilty for charging a hard working family that much money when we were honest and tried to go about it the right way is just awful!!! She is an awful business owner and should be absolutely ashamed of herself for doing this!!!!!
