Giggles Daycare provides wonderful care for my child! My daughter started at 13 months and is so happy there. We joined in the midst of covid and Yissela kept her group size small with stringent safety measures. Throughout this entire time, we had no issues with any outbreaks and have felt safe in her care.
Yissela and her assistant genuinely loves the kids and invests in their development. My daughter eats and naps well every day and even started her potty training journey. I also appreciate the themed activities Yissela plans for all the holidays (Valentines, Easter, Mothers Day etc.) The kids bring home the cutest drawings and themed toys. I feel tremendously lucky to have found Yissela!
I want to start by saying that my experience at Giggles has been the exact opposite of what the other posters have described. I have nothing but positive things to say about this daycare. My daughter absolutely loves it there! The staff is very warm, patient and caring and our daughter felt comfortable with them from the very first day. The indoor space is large, safe, and inviting. There is also a spacious outdoor area for the kids to play. I never experienced difficulty getting in touch with Yissela and, in fact, at the beginning she frequently sent my husband and I updates on how our daughter was doing with pictures and she will still send us pictures and updates whenever we request them.
Unfortunately we had a mixed experience with this daycare. While our child seemed to appreciate the assistant, there was a consistent lack of transparency. For example, Yissela the owner was very hard to get a hold of, and seemed to be out frequently. In several occasions this became an issue when trying to get in touch and fueled misunderstandings. As per the other review, the price was subject to changes. Overall, the owner didn’t show much interest in our child.
The worst family daycare I have experienced. the provider do not have any patience to a little baby when the baby is crying. 1. they always charge you much more than the agreement says, even without any reason (I have to pay what she said, since my baby was still there). 2. All other daycare staffs all say my baby is a good eater. But at Yissela'daycare, my baby refuses to eat anything. 3. They never let the parents go inside of house, even at the beginning of sending my baby to there. So we have no idea what they are doing; 4. They completely have no any patience to crying baby. They either let parents to pick up them earlier or refuse to accept them anymore. The one star I give to them is because of anna, a senior woman working in the center. She is good I think.
