I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Don't waste you time , energy or money on this facility. My son began attending the academy back in 2014 at the age of 5. The owner welcomed us with open arms and at the time seemed very genuine.

The staff at first was great and my son enjoyed it.

At present, there has been a revolving door of staff - the ones there at the beginning are t the ones who work there now.

IMy child was have since removed my child and have enrolled him in a more structured environment

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Very unprofessional, unstructured environment. Employees are on cell phones, ignoring the children all the time.
The employees bully and push around the children, the owner only makes excuses for their poor work behavior, in return putting the blame on the children.
The owner has deep personal relationships with the employees and is unable to control them. Once you start to complain about the employees behavior your child will be picked out, pushed around and blamed for everything wrong.
Her own children are abusive torward the other children but your child will be blamed for it. Many times the kids came home with marks and brusies unexplained without any accident/incident report.
She makes up her fees as she goes, pretending she's "helping" you out all the while she scams care4kids to get more money then she should but does not pass along the savings to you. Once you don't agree with something she will promptly remind you she "helps" you out and will raise her fees if she wanted.
It has taken us months to try and correct the abusive behavior my toddler learned while enrolled at her center while her son was aloud to constantly beat on my child with no repercussion. He was pushed to a position where he constantly felt he had to defend himself and became very aggressive, something a toddler should never have to do!
She's constantly being investigated by the state, but her ties run deep and usually avoids being shut down.
The owner became very defensive when I pulled my children out. She threatened to call dcf along with sueing me because she felt "disrespected" after all she did to "help" me out billing wise. She then decided to adjust her fees over the last year and a $200 balance turned into $1000 balance over the span of a week.
Save your self the trouble and don't fall for her low rates she uses to pull you in. The discounts she offers is not worth the stress and emotional trauma you and your children will experience while enrolled here.
