My grandchildren are currently at A to Z and have been there for years. No matter where the go in public, their parents get compliments on how well behaved they are. No matter when I grace their doorway they are always welcoming and inviting. The kids are well above average in learning and developmental abilities because they care. Not to mention in socialization and sharing. Great job Lindsay and crew. Keep up the good work! You are molding them into great people. We are blessed by you this from one thankful grandma.
This is one of the few places you can walk in anytime and feel at home. And like you are treated like everyone else. You don't have to worry about your kids, they are in a structured environment and are allowed to be children and themselves. You can stop by or check in on them any day at anytime. Never are you made to feel out of place. When you put kids in an environment they aren't use to of course they'll have growing pains when they aren't number one every time. Tough lessons to learn. Lindsay is honest to a fault and caring and so responsible it hurts. She has a big heart and compassion that runs through her viens.
I was employed here and had my child here as well it was one of the worst experience's I could imagine. Lindsay ( the owner/ Director was very rude and picked who she liked best and those were the ones (employees) who got treated good. My Child was always screaming and crying and getting hit/ kicked around by other children. When I confronted Lindsay about this she did nothing, no instant repots were made. my child would have burses marks and was afraid to go back!!! I will be reporting this business to BBB
I would give this place a zero if I could. My son was there the least amount of any daycare he's been to and he got the most cuts, bruises and bite marks in a matter of a few months. Also with no accident reports. He would cry every time I dropped him off (he already doesn't after a few weeks at his new daycare). In my opinion, the owner/director is a liar, She can't even keep all of her stuff straight. She told me so many different things and misplaced personal paperwork of mine. In all my years of experience with daycares, I've never seen the director/owner so unorganized and unprofessional.
