I have used this provider for more than 6 months

This place values your money much more than they value your children.

I expected my child to learn more in a place run by educators with Masters degrees. They assert that they keep your child safe, having cameras and "we check id's", but not once did they ever check my I.d., or that of anyone else I sent to get my child. Often, I have walked in, picked up my child and her bag, and walked out without ever once seeing the "desk person" at the front. My greatest concern, however is their lack of sanitation practices. When you have viral diseases like Hand Foot and Mouth Disease running rampant through BOTH buildings, you have a problem. This was never addressed to my satisfaction. They are also supposed to help potty train your child if she isn't already, but their potty chart (when actually used) only showed once in the morning, and once after the THREE HOUR NAP TIME. I don't know any 2 or 3 year old who can stay dry that long. My child's hands and face were always dirty when I picked her up from both afternoon snack and playing outside, and of course she usually had a soaking wet diaper. The only time fresh fruit was served as a snack was when they insisted the parents provide it for a party. Snacks were usually cereals high in sugar, or chips high in sodium and other ingredients I wouldn't feed my child myself.

OVERPRICED!!! Teachers are great which is why I gave this school a 2 stars; however, the owners/directors are insignificant to the running of this daycare. The owners/directors are husband and wife and  are absent from the establishment majority of the time and every time I have confronted the “Assistant Director” I feel as though I am having the wool  thrown over my eyes. The playground equipment is the quality of having gone to a garage sale and with the prices; they charge I feel they could provide a lot more. They do not provide lunches and my child comes home frequently telling me that they “were out of milk”. I find this funny as the only thing they state that they provide are two snacks with one cup of milk a day. In addition, the variety of snacks range from cereal to crackers to cookies interestingly I was told they would provide healthy nutritious snacks. I have not ever considered lucky charms or oreo cookies a nutritious snack. I have also witnessed multiple times the owners own child randomly walking the hallways alone, and he is two.  I am so disappointed with this school and have already pulled my child out. I hope others get the chance to read this before being fooled by the “act” that these people have a great way of putting on.

My family and I are currently clients with the A+ Learning Academy and we are extreamly pleased. This is the only daycare in town with directors/owners holding a Master's Degree in Education and over 5 years of teaching experience in the public system. I am more than willing to sacrafice a lunch for the education that my child is receiving. They are great!

Nice daycare, but very high-priced for the service they provide, and the price is increasing soon. No meals are provided, yet they are already higher than most daycares in the area. They do provide snacks in the morning and afternoon. The Director/Owner is quite "fake" - she seems friendly and helpful at first, but really is only interested in the money.
