o Overall responsibility for the day-to-day teaching and supervision of the children enrolled in the program
o To provide a positive, safe, fun, and memorable quality experience to all students and families involved in For Kids Only Afterschool & Summer Programs
o Participate as an active member of the FKO team
o Facilitate consistent communication between staff and families
o Encourage children to participate in all activities and realize their full potential
o Provide a physically and emotionally safe and fun environment for children to thrive
o Lead by action and enthusiasm
o Strive to achieve FKO goals and operate with the character values and mission in mind
o Encourage children to accept and demonstrate positive values
o Lead by demonstrating positive character values
o Consistently incorporate the values of caring, honesty, respect, responsibility, and sportsmanship in all activities, discussions and interactions
-MUST have at least 6 months experience working with school age children (5-14)
-Must be 18 years old
-Creative & fun personality to implement curriculum & activities
