* Ensure safety and security by allowing only FKO parents or other guardians and other approved adults into the school during afterschool hours;
* Engage in conversation with family members as they arrive at FKO to dismiss their child;
* Set up and break down the FKO Family Resource Center;
* Ensure that family members check their FKO Parent Mailbox on a daily basis and receive all program notices and flyers;
* Follow Department of Early Education and Care regulations and For Kids Only Afterschool policies regarding pick up procedures; and
* Other duties assigned by the FKO District Director or Executive Director as they relate to ensuring security and greeting FKO families and guests upon arrival at the program.
*18 years of age or older;
* Must pass a criminal background check and CORI check,
* Must provide three references;
* English with Spanish and/or Portuguese speaking skills preferred.

* Excellent communication and customer service skills;
* Welcoming, warm, and non-judgmental attitude; and
* Patience and willingness to work with diverse populations.
