Genai Excellence Academy is looking for a highly motivated and energetic teachers in our nursery school program with experience in developing a curriculum designed with attention to the varied strengths, interests, needs and developmental levels of each child. Your role is to provide a strong social foundation from which each child can build the skills needed for success.
Responsibilities include:
Maintain open communication with parents and colleagues to enrich the experience of the student and create a cooperative environment.
Work with the Director and fellow teachers to develop a quality curriculum focusing on each student’s cognitive, physical, emotional, social and creative development.
Create and age-appropriate, nurturing and supportive environment with an emphasis on students’ interests and strengths while recognizing their academic, creative and social accomplishments.
Supervise and train assistant teachers and uphold safe, positive behavior in the classroom to create a superior learning environment and an atmosphere of mutual respect between students and teachers.
Attend in-house continuing education courses as well as external sources of education.
