We are looking for a reliable, high energy person to become a part of our teaching team! The Lead Teacher will be responsible for general classroom management and supervision. Teacher will work to promote a mutually respectful classroom environment in which children, families, and staff all have wonderful days. Candidates should have the ability to plan and implement activities for children that stress physical, social, and emotional growth. Teachers are responsible for the personal care, hygiene, and positive discipline of the children and will maintain classroom records, cleanliness, and orderliness. A high standard of ethical and moral conduct has given our parents expectations of our staff to be honest, reliable, hard-working people who provide first-class service. In addition, candidates must have or obtain certifications in Child/Infant CPR and First Aid, be able to comply with the physical requirements of the job, have a passion for working with children of all ages, and provide high-quality responsive care giving and intentional curriculum. Teachers must have a strong work ethic, be understanding, and love children!
