Supervise and insure the safety and well-being of the children at all times, being alert for the needs and/or problems of the children as individuals and as a group; to have developmentally appropriate interactions with the children; maintain classroom control and management; prepare learning environment; prepare lesson plans; mplement the daily program; keep classroom, storage rooms and bathrooms sanitized, clean, neat and orderly; understand how children grow and develop; update and expand knowledge and skills by attending continuing educational workshops annually.
