Child Care Center Director

We have a full-time Director position available in our Keystone Stars Level 4 Child Care Center and Keystone Stars Level 4 School Age Child Care Center. The successful candidate will have at least a Bachelor’s degree with 18 or more ECE credits, previous experience in child care service and the ability to lead a team. Salary with a full benefit package is commensurate with experience. Duties for this full-time position include, but are not limited to, the following: direct supervision of child care center and school age child care staff, maintaining Keystone Stars designation, department budgeting, grant writing, curriculum development, registration and intake and any other duties as assigned. Previous director experience preferred, but not required. Submit cover letter and resume to Justin Rose, Senior Program Director.
