The classroom teacher is responsible for abiding by the philosophies and policies of the center. Teachers will design and implement developmentally appropriate activities in all areas of development under the supervision of the Program Manager. All staff will participate in maintaining a clean, sanitary, safe environment indoors and out and following the procedures outlined in the organization's IPM plan. Teachers will maintain availability between the hours of 7 AM and 6 PM, Monday through Friday, and will attend monthly staff meetings.
EEC Certification as Teacher in Infant/Toddler AND Preschool, knowledge of Spanish, Portuguese, or ASL desireable.
