Design and implement age-appropriate learning activities which meet the indiviual nees of children. assist early childhood education students in acquiring and developing knowledge and skills in teaching techniques and planning the curriculum. Mainatain and update child observation records and assessments for each child as required. Will be responsible for providing the leadership qualities of the classroom, develop daily schedule and meet and greet parents on a daily basis. the lead teacher will serve as a role model for the children in a loving and caring environment and will attend workshops on a continual basis. the lead teacher must be able to write effectively and be compter literate.
