The teacher's aide is responsible for the assisting in the general welfare of all the children in his or her care. They are also responsible for stepping in in the abscence of the lead teacher and carrying out the lessons for the day.
Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
Complete and pass a medical exam by a licensed physician.
Pass a FBI and BCI background check and be fingerprinted.
