The lead teacher is responsible for the general welfare of all the children in his or her care. Also they are responsible for completing and carring out weekly lesson plans that are developmentally appropriate for 3 year olds.
Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
Have and or working towards an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education.
Complete and pass a medical exam by a licensed physician.
Pass a FBI and BCI background check and be fingerprinted.
