Developmentally appropriate equipment and materials were not provided for variety of outdoor activities for vigorous play and large muscle development. On the playground there is one structure and no other equipment or materials out and available for the children to play with. This has been an ongoing issue and there is a cabinet with some additional materials in it, but it is not opened or made accessible to the children in care. This is a repeat violation. | |||
