Following receipt of the satisfactory result, this individual must be supervised at all times, pending completion of all of the required background check components, by a staff member who has successfully completed all required background checks. A National Sexual Offender Registry check will also be conducted on prospective employees. I drive by there everyday on my way home from work and yesterday, i drove by at 3:40, it was 50 degrees out and there was at least one child out there barefoot, no coat. Then one of the caretakers came out with a child, no more than 2 yrs old and there was a gate right there and he put the baby over the fence, holding the baby by one arm and put him on the ground...Really not impressed...
