Uninformed and put Cha on hold while they pass the buck and phone call to the next person who can't answer simple questions like WHAT IS THE WAGE LIMIT THAT WOULD MAKE YOU ALL TELL A SINGLE PARENT WHO WORKS EVERYDAY SHE MAKES TOO MUCH FOR HER BABY TO GET FREE DAM PRE K!!!! VERY DISSATISFIED WITH WESTBROOK!!! TRULY WISH THERE WAS ANOTHER OPTION. THE BUILDING ITSELF IS VERY SHABBY!!! ALSO SO VERY DISORGANIZED!!!
