Findings: Provider sometimes puts the 6 month old in the living room to go to sleep because of the noise of the children in the kitchen/daycare play space. The living room is just through a doorway from the kitchen. The provider needs to have a video or sound monitor if she is going to put the child in the living room and she will be in the kitchen/daycare room. Today the child fell asleep in the living room and we moved the pack n play back to the kitchen/daycare space where the child slept for a little while longer so this was corrected during the inspection.
