Parma Montessori offers a wide variety of educational learning experiences for the children. Parents can choose between traditional or the Montessori method of education. The Director and Assistant are on site. The building is clean, modern and well equipped. There is also an indoor pool with a lifeguard swim instructor. The onsite playgrounds are spacious and fenced in.

I called three times to set up her first day, no one called me back, nothing was ready for her at all, There is no greeting by anyone on any day, unless they want paid, on numerous days, they didn't check her in and had no idea who we were. They had never met my daughter's father but he was let into the building and let leave with my daughter without them even asking for ID. I have never heard a kind word spoken to the children, they herd them like cattle from one place to the next with loud, angry voices. They couldn't even provide me with a daily schedule, and there seems to be next to no student/teacher interaction. My daughter, who is three, had an accident during naptime and they didn't bother to ask her, or call me when they couldn't find her clothing I left there for her because they never marked her cubby, they put her (without socks or underware) in some boys firty jeans, two times too big.
This is the most awful daycare I've seen, don't let the tour fool you, it's all about money and they care nothing for your children.
I strongly discourage keeping your child at this school. They told me one thing and did another. it is clear that this is all about how much money the school makes and little care for the children and little regard for suggestions or concerns a parent has.
As a parent who went up on her lunch to hold her infant, i must say there were many infants/ babies left alone in their cribs crying for extended periods of time (20+minutes). I felt they were treated similarly as an animal at a shelter (I have worked at a shelter before).
When i got there in the morning they made no effort to make my daughter feel welcome, they did not stop what they were doing to hold my infant. The kids I saw there every morning were unhappily sitting in bouncy seats while the girls working were more concerned with preparation and cleaning (which is fine to have a clean environment, but the kids were not getting care- there is no way they could have felt loved).
I have had experience with 3 other childcare centers, so i feel I have a great base for comparison, I STRONGLY , STRONGLY discourage this one - especially for infants/toddlers.
