All the staff is excellent office staff included. Everyone is so friendly and my kids love there teachers. I can't even imagine taking my kids some place else. I also can't thank everyone there enough for how much they've done and how well they have treated my kids over the past 4 years. I would recommend Smart Start to anyone that is looking for a great daycare for there kids.
Not until I had to find another daycare due to a change in my work commute did I realize what an excellent daycare this is all around!
First and most importantly, the children are treated like family. When I dropped my daughter off, I could see a mutual joy in her face as well as her teacher (this was for all grades!). My daughter was taken in as family at this facility! I also noticed the other children were treated just as well as she was.
Secondly, the words "Smart Start" are an excellent way to describe what she was taught there. The early education she received prepared her well for Kindergarten, she had no problems learning anything along with understanding how to behave in a learning environment.
And lastly, this place was clean, always smelled great and had plenty of toys available to the kids at all times.
I have had experience with 3 other daycares (for my son) since and have had a very hard time finding anything that could even come near how I feel about Smart Start.
