| Findings: A complaint came in alleging that the class does not follow a schedule, they watch cartoons all day and they don't go outside. At this inspection a schedule of activities was posted and this licensing specialist explained to the owner/director it is important for the schedule to be followed. The classroom had a substitute in for the day. The substitute stated that the daily teacher takes the children outside every once in a while. During the inspection the teacher did take the children outside. The substitute is a teacher at Claire's III. Follow up will be made with the regular teacher via telephone. The center is expected to follow the daily schedule as closely as possible, limit passive technology to no more than 30 min per week and take the children outside in the morning and again in the afternoon weather permitting. | |||
