Description: All Stars Learning Center is located at, and operated by, Hope Lutheran Church which is located behind Middleborough Elementary School. We offer a Christian-based education program for children 3 and 4 years old. Children must be potty trained and 3 years old prior to starting at the school. We accept new students throughout the school year. We also offer a 3 day/wk option with limited openings. The schoo year starts the day after Labor Day. Tuition payments are due bi-weekly. There is a registration fee and security deposit required at time of registration. We are closed when BCPS elementary schools are closed, but we do offer child care on closed school days for an additional cost.
