Description: The White Oak office is open from 7:00am until 4:30pm Monday through Friday. If you need to register a student, you should bring the following items with you: the child's birth certificate, the child's immunization record, and proof of residence (i.e. an electric or water bill showing your name or address). The child must accompany you if you are registering them for kindergarten. If you child has been in school somewhere else, you will also need to bring their last report card from that school with proof of grade placement. Also, if the child is not your biological child, you must bring proof of legal guardianship. Children entering kindergarten must have a current physical documented on a form from the school. Please call the school office at 221-4078 to set up an appointment to register a child.
