Today as I drove passed the facility at 3:05pm it was noted that one teacher was sitting in a yellow chair on the stage area while children were playing in other areas of the playground. Ms. Potts was observed standing in front of the teacher talking. As I entered the parking lot area a few minutes later teachers were observed huddled up underneath the shade tree and not positioned in all areas to adequately supervise the children. As we pulled into the parking lot to the faclity it was observed that one (1) teacher (LD) was sitting on the stage area and looking at her phone and not engaging with children. As we walked to the playground area she was still looking down at her phone. Once she was aware of our presence she got up and started moving about the playground area. | |||

Teachers were observed sitting together as a group near the sand box and the black barrier near the swings while children were playing in other areas of the playground not near the teachers.
