There were seven personnel files reviewed. All seven fingerprint clearance cards were verified to be valid through the DPS website during the time of the inspection. Complete and submit a Plan of Corrections via the online Portal within 10 days of receipt of this Statement of Deficiencies. ** Submit pictures with your corrections for the following items: * Gaps under the fence that have been fixed and show no more than a four inch gap. * The missing fence area around the school-age playground area. * Playground climbing equipment age limitation information. * The shelving units secured to the walls.
