Me and my wife absolutely love this facility. This was the first time we faced the anxiety of placing our child in the hands of strangers, so from the very beginning it was important to feel comfortable with the staff. My daughter's teachers are so in tune with her needs and very active in communicating with us. On a daily we get updates on her status, pictures of how happy she is and the work that she's done for that day. The one time my child has in incident where she got hurt, they didn't wait until i picked her up from school, but contacted BOTH of us immediately to report what had happened and how they were taking care of it. I truly appreciate the staff and administration who are both very understanding and open. I would recommend the Tyndall Center for anyone with a small eager one who's ready to learn, meet new friends and have daily adventures.
The break hippa laws,,, tell other people your business,,,,, they let certain kids do what they want...... They treated our family with so much disrespect..... Would not recommend to anyone......
