Tiny Town Childcare & Learning Center - Kent OH Licensed Child Care Center

My family and I love Tiny Town Childcare and Learning Center so much! Just when we thought that we wouldn't find a great daycare for our child, we toured Tiny Town. Everyone has been amazing since day one. I was very nervous about leaving my child in daycare because of all of the horror stories you hear about. Mrs. Jessica made me feel at ease by keeping me updated on his day. She is so awesome and goes above an beyond to take care of all of the children at the center. My sons teacher adores him and he is learning so much! Hands down, the best daycare in Kent!

Looking over these reviews I am absolutely appalled to see these horrible comments! My son has been going to this daycare/preschool for 2 years, and loves it! The teachers are caring, will do anything to make sure your child is cared for, and provides them with three meals a day! Even if they miss breakfast, they will always make sure they are fed with healthy food that he enjoys! All of the teachers are very skilled, trained, and very well kept! My son comes home and tells me what he learned, how much fun he had being with his friends, and how he loves Miss Jessica and all of the other teachers there! The owners to this center are amazing! They are very nice, respectful, and will do anything to help anyone! It is clean, the children are always happy and some of them give me hugs when I come and pick up my son. My son has learned so much there that he is ahead on what he needs to know for Kindergarten this year! So a big THANK YOU to all of the staff for working so well with him, giving him a challenge, and making sure that he is in good hands while I am working hard each day! I highly recommend this center to anyone! Before my son went here, I had no luck. Everyone is over priced, don't give them enough attention, or the kids were always sick! Not here, and I will continue to have my son come here for transportation for school! Keep up the good work!

My child has been going here for some time now and has probably had 10-15 different teachers. Jessica is the administrator and she just hires anyone which is why they have a high turn. When you first go to meet the daycare they seem really caring but in do time things will change. There was a child who jump the fence and they had to go chase him down and then had to inform the parents what happened. Jessica is not cpr certified and others in the daycare which is required. They are not license or trained there have been many times where the owners have to work because they are so short staff. My child has had a few situation where a teacher put there hands on them. They cannot control the kids, they are always getting into fights and a child is always getting hurt. They also had a huge sewer problem and had to close the center. My child did not get dinner one day and the teacher was like oh sorry like it was nothing. This childcare facility says they provide transportation and that they are reliable but they told several parents with no notice they cannot provide transportation anymore. Several families were told they don't have room anymore so sorry your child can't attend no notice no nothing but how can you boot out someone who is a currently enrolled makes no sense!! They do not know how to run a business I should have never wasted my time. They hire anyone off the street because they are so desperately in need of people. It says something about your business if your own employees don't want to stay!!!!

This place is nasty. Always short staff. No working stove or refrigerator. None if the staff is trained for there position or license.
