Staff #1 was seated rubbing the back of a child who was lying on a cot. However, Staff #2 was visually monitoring the children in question. The staff were all informed that no small shelving units or any other visual obstruction could be between the staff and children during nap time. From now on all staff will be able to visually monitor all children in their group.

The staff-child ratio for children between the ages of one and two is one staff member for every five chidlren. The second staff members, whom had escorted the two children to the inside of the facility, returned to outside area approximately 4-5 minutes after leaving the area.

The plan for bringing children inside for bathroom issues is to call for staff from inside of the building to come outside and take over for the staff to bring children in for bathroom issues. In the future staff will wait to take care of bathroom emergencies until a staff member is able to come outside or they will bring all children in for changing in order to stay within ratio at all times. .

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

This is the best child care program. They are so nurturing to children and families and they make learning fun. They are the best.
