The Learning Express is a Child Development Center located in Denver, North Carolina. Our philosophy of education can be defined as providing the kind of stimulating and challenging environment that meets each individual child's needs for comprehensive development. Our center is a full time program serving infants (6 weeks) to Pre-Kindergarten (5 years).

Per the facility's safe sleep policy, infants over four (4) months of age are required to have a safe sleep check every fifteen (15) minutes.

No highlighted menus were available for review and the staff member assigned to the classroom stated the two (2) children are eating all food items provided by the facility.

In Space #3, three (3) empty trash bags labeled, 'Warning to avoid danger of suffocation, keep this plastic bag away from babies and children', were in an unlocked drawer under the food prep sink, accessible to children under three (3) years of age.
