I have never been made to feel so humilated by a staff unwilling to work with someone who fell into hard times. I received notice that I had days to come up woth money owed (That I didnt know wasnt being paid by my mother who was supposed to be paying the school tuition) or my daughter would be kicked out of school and day care by the 5th day. I am a single mom and child support stopped coming (whic was the funds being used for the day care side). The business office lady was very degrading and didn't bother to talk through how to work this out. Only preceded to treat me like dirt, and make me feel awful and upset with no option ahead. I have NEVER been made to feel this way, and as a manager in a customer service field, I would NEVER treat anyone the way i was treated. Yes i know money is owed, but talk to me like a human being, IM TRYING TO MAKE THIS WORK! THIS IS NEW TO ME! Have a heart. Private doesnt matter..Christian based doesnt matter..fact is fact..Money talks over all else..I am a person who pays her bills and would make the money owed right..but NOT IN 4 DAYS TIME! I would NEVER recommend this place, school or day care to anyone else. I have never felt so disgraced.
